“I have been using Forth throughout my 2019 race season and it has been extremely helpful in identifying where there are deficiencies and where we can make potential performance improvements.

The ease of the home testing kits just makes things so much better. It means we can keep track of all the key biomarkers every month, with quick results. The ability to compare and track levels over time is also really helpful; we can see if there is a downward or upward trend and implement changes sooner, before something becomes an issue.”

From being unable to swim front crawl when she made her triathlon debut in 2012 to becoming the overall age group champion at the Ironman 70.3 South American Championships, Amy’s upwards trajectory is the product of talent, hard work and a responsive approach to training.

Since beginning her triathlon career, she has competed in a range of disciplines including Olympic- and long-distance triathlon, sprint triathlon and Ironman.

Through her blog, she takes her fans along on her journey, talking about the highs, lows, challenges and successes, and explains that her motivation comes from a desire to challenge herself and discover just how much she is capable of.

Forth Edge is helping Amy monitor her progress, address issues before they become a significant performance or health problem, and achieve her potential.
