See how a simple test can improve your performance...

Carrying a lot of fatigue around, it got to the point where I needed answers. I'd put off getting regular blood tests before as the long-winded process of a GP visit followed by a referral, hospital queues and then an extended wait, meant by the time you received your results, they were yesterday's news.

Forth Edge has changed all that. The process is very quick and very easy, with thorough, well-explained results delivered to your inbox within 24 hours. The Endurance Test gave me definitive answers as to what was going on inside. It's the perfect monitoring tool that takes away a lot of guesswork.

Over the past 4 years I’ve suffered with a number of serious knee injures from ski racing at an International level. My rehabilitation and training can be very demanding - up to 16 hours a week in the gym lifting weights or on the bike. When I’m skiing, I can easily rack up 30 hours per week. Therefore, it’s important I can regularly monitor key biomarkers for immune function and fatigue including vitamin D, iron, and thyroid function. This allows me to make informed decisions about my training, recovery and nutrition, so I can stay healthy and perform at my best.
