"I have a real belief that it is not about how hard you can train, but how long you can train. Consistent improvements over time instead of short bouts of hard work split up by long periods out. Forth Edge is an important component of maintaining this healthy training balance. By keeping track of my overall health, it allows me to not only track my progress but also make sure I am not overdoing it or heading towards burnout. Heading into winter I will be experimenting with altitude training, so it is even more relevant to be tracking my red blood cell markers."

Last year he experienced success both at home and Internationally, winning three rounds of the British Cycling Elite road series, a third-place finish at the Rutland-Melton CiCLE Classic, and winning the sprinters overall red jersey at the Tour of Britain.
Overseas Rory had several UCI podiums, including a third-place at the Heistse Pijl, and two stage wins at the Tour of Fuzhou in China.
He is hoping to realise his dream and make the selection to go to next year’s Tokyo Olympics.
